studied German and art history, first worked as an assistant director and later as a producer at Studio Hamburg before setting up her own business as a freelance caster. After seven successful years in this field, she decided to found the agency for actors and actresses together with Petra Kreutzer.

studied law in Hamburg. During her legal traineeship, she worked for both the German Stage Association, the Hamburg State Media Authority and Gruner und Jahr. After her state examination, she first worked as a freelance lawyer, then later as a legal advisor at Polyphon Film- und Fernsehgesellschaft.

When she is not working at the agency, the trained actress mainly directs Plays with children and young people.
For years, she has managed castings and gained valuable experience in office organisation, as well as filming as an actress. So she really knows all sides of the coin and complements the team perfectly.
